 At
present, Geonautics Manufacturing, Inc. occupies 30 thousand square
feet of manufacturing space. Our fabrication capabilities are
such that we can offer a combination of custom design, state-of-the-art
material processes at competitive prices. The fabrication facility
includes presses which develop forces from 50 to 500 tons of pressure
to mold a large variety of materials into their desired shape
and proper part density. Skilled tradesmen carefully monitor procedures
to assure that ultimate ballistic, mechanical, thermal, chemical
or ablative properties are achieved.
